It must be Scary Okie Day at The World’s Most Dangerous Beauty Salon, Inc.
Listen to this calm disaster from Tom Coburn …
“I’d rather have a managed catastrophe now which I don’t think will be there,” Coburn told CNN’s ‘New Day’ with Chris Cuomo. “I’m not saying we shouldn’t pay our bills. What I’m saying is we should put ourselves in a position where we have to start making hard choices now.”
Now, I do not know what Coburn means by mild catastrophe, but I suspect it means that I starve while he eats just fine.
Yeah, I’ve seen how Republicans manage catastrophes. Katrina, anyone? Catching Obama bin Laden? Lowering the national debt? Oh yeah, I’ve seen their disaster management, so catastrophe management scares the peewaadoddle outta me.
Yeah, I got that. My catastrophe, his management. Then the little twit calls himself, “the most apolitical person in the Senate.” There ain’t a crap wagon big enough to haul that sludge to the dump.
Thanks to Aggieland Liz for the heads up.
